Another NFL week is in the books, week 6 to be exact.  My Valley clientele, just like my New York clientele, are bemoaning their loses on various football bets.  Several guys are even wondering if the G will allow gambling losses as a rationale for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Protection.

 

To those unfortunates known as degenerate gamblers, I offer this bit of wisdom from the Old Man:

 

Never bet on a horserace you don’t know the outcome of ahead of time.
