“I read about the mayor when I was visiting.  A dead hooker at a party? In a movie that never would have happened.  It would have been fake,” Jimmy Fallon told me over a drink at our local.

He is correct.  Kwame Kilpatrick definitely had a surreal but yet actually happening quality about him.  I am proud to report that as of Thursday, September 18, 2008, Kilpatrick is no longer the mayor of Detroit.  He has resigned and will be going to jail the beginning of next month.

Apparently, there is hope for all us.
